OSS OAB
Floating barriers used to contain and minimize the spread of oil on water. Enclosed in a strong outer netting for durability, hooks and rings are attached for linking together to form any required length. Hooks are placed 30cm in from each end of the boom to form an overlap which acts as an extra barrier against oil escaping.
The oil absorbent boom will float on water even saturated. A strong mesh outer sleeve encases a poly skin filled with highly absorbent PP. The filler will not shed. Sturdy hardware with nylon rope ensures durability and easy retrieval. Booms can be linked together with carbon steel connector hardware.
